Our team is built on skill, reliability, and a deep passion for our craft. More than just great carpenters, we’re a team that values integrity, teamwork, and the satisfaction of a job done right.

Ian
As our lead finishing carpenter, Ian brings years of experience, expertise and innovation to every project. Specializing in interior custom finishes and door installation/repair, he’s known for his dedication, problem-solving, and commitment to quality — setting the standard for the entire team.


Alix
The woman behind the scenes handling everything but the carpentry. From emails and scheduling to invoicing and payroll, Alix ensures operations run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her organization, clear communication, and genuine care for clients and the team, Alix keeps the business on track.
Ryan
As Senior Finishing Carpenter, Ryan is incredibly skilled, dedicated, and detail-oriented. His commitment to quality and craftsmanship ensures every project meets H & H’s elevated standards. With years of experience in the trade, Ryan is a true professional, bringing expertise and precision to every task.


James
The go-to for anything and everything at H & H, James provides essential support behind the scenes and on-site. As carpenter apprentice and assistant, he’s reliable, hardworking, and always ready to help. His versatility and dedication make him an invaluable part of the team.
H & H proudly sponsors Rushant Gunners FC, a beloved local football team competing in the Howe Sound Soccer League. H & H owner, Ian, holds a deep passion for football and has dedicated over ten years to coaching The Gunners, drawing upon an extensive coaching history.
